Chairman
Mr. Banmali Agrawala is a veteran in the energy domain. With a diverse and global experience spanning over three decades, he has spearheaded national and international organizations. Currently, he is the Senior Advisor at Tata Sons Private Limited and Chairman at Tata Electronics Private Limited. He has also served as the President and CEO of GE, South Asia. Prior to GE, he was the Executive Director (BD & Strategy) and a member of the Board at Tata Power. He started his career with the Wartsila Group, a Finnish manufacturing and services company, where he spent over 20 years, both in India and Finland. He is an active member of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) and has held several official key positions within CII. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at the US – India Business Council (USIBC). Mr. Agrawala is a Mechanical Engineer from the Mangalore University and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School

Air Chief Marshal NAK Browne, also known as "Charlie" Browne, was the Chief of the Air staff (CAS) of the Indian Air Force (IAF) from 31st July 2011 to 31st December 2013. Air Chief Marshal Borwne served as India's Ambassador to Norway from August 2014 to August 2016. Air Chief Marshal Browne is an alumnus of the National Defence Academy and also trained with the UK's Royal Air Force on the Jaguar aircraft before commanding a Jaguar squadron. A graduate of Air Command and Staff College, Maxwell Air Force Base, USA, he has held many appointments including Joint Director at Air War Strategy Cell at Air Headquarters, Chief Operations Officer and Air Officer Commanding of a Sukhoi Su-30 base, Air -I at Western Air Command, Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Intelligence), Deputy Chief of Air Staff, AOC in C Western Air Command, Vice Chief of Air Staff at Air Headquarters. Browne was commissioned into the fighter stream of the IAF on June 24, 1972. As a fighter pilot, he has logged over 3,100 hours flying Hunters, Jaguars, MiG 21s and Su-30MKIs, and has served as an instructor at the Tactics and Combat Development Establishment (TACDE) and Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington. He opened the Defence Wing at Tel Aviv, Israel and served as Defence Attaché from April 1997 to July 2000.

Sukaran Singh is the CEO and MD of Tata Advanced Systems. Tata Advanced Systems is the aerospace and defense company of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata Group.
Sukaran has worked in the Tata Group since 2003 when he joined the office of the Group Chairman of Tata Sons to work on 'globalisation'. Working for Tata Sons Chairman, Sukaran led a range of new business opportunities that required leveraging cross-linkages between multiple Tata companies in industries such as metals, mining and energy. In aerospace and defense, he has helped build and now leadsTata Advanced SystemsLtd.. Tata Advanced Systems in now one of the largest defense and aerospace companies in the private sector in India and acts as both an operating company and a holding company for its joint ventures withcompanies such as Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky and Boeing and undertakes multiple strategic projects for the Indian armed forces and defense development agencies. The company has recently acquired and successfully integrated four other Tata companies that were operating in military land systems, weapon systems and commercial aerostructures.
Sukaran completed his Bachelors in Economics from St.Stephen's College in Delhi, did the Politics, Philosophy &Economics degree at Oxford University andan MBA at the University of Chicago.
Director
Mr. Radha Krishna Mathur is a retired Indian IAS officer and a distinguished Indian bureaucrat. He held the position of the first Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh from 2019 until 2023. Before that, he served as the Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of India and retired from that role in November 2018. Mr. Mathur also held the position of Indian Defence Secretary, retiring two years after his appointment in May 2013. Additionally, he served as the Defence Production Secretary of India, Secretary for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in India, and as the Chief Secretary of Tripura.
RK Mathur has occupied several significant roles within both the Union and Tripura Governments, including Principal Secretary for Agriculture, Rural Development, and Finance in the Government of Tripura, etc.
Mr. Mathur holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Master of Technology in Industrial Engineering from IIT Delhi. Furthermore, he has earned an MBA degree from the International Center of Public Enterprises (ICPE) in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Executive Director
Masood Hussainy is an Executive Director on the Board of Tata Advanced Systems. He is also a Director on the Boards of Tata Boeing Aerospace and Tata Sikorsky Aerospace.
He joined the Tata Group through the Tata Administrative Service (TAS) in 1999. He has led the establishment of the Tata Group’s precision aerostructures and aero-engines manufacturing business from its inception, and the formation of JVs and strategic partnerships with Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky and GE.
He has conceptualized and driven the TASL production system – Vihaan, which has resulted in a significant reduction in process and material waste, and repeatable high product quality. The team has been recognized by customers and regulators for its outstanding quality. The most recent recognition was being named Boeing’s Supplier of the Year out of 11,000 of Boeing’s global suppliers.
Masood was previously in the Chairman's Office at Tata Sons, Tata Teleservices, Tata Steel, and Voltas. Masood holds a degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in International Business.
Vice President
Ms. Samita Shah is Vice President – Corporate Finance, Treasury & Risk Management at Tata Steel Limited. She is responsible for managing the Treasury and the financing requirements of Tata Steel Group. She manages the relationship with financial stakeholders including banks, rating agencies and investors. She is also the Chief Risk Officer for Tata Steel and has spearheaded the implementation of an enterprise-wide risk management process across the Tata Steel Group. In addition to Tata Advanced Systems Ltd, Ms Shah serves on the Boards of Tata BlueScope Steel Pvt Ltd., Tata Steel Minerals Canada Ltd., T S Global Procurement Co. Pte Ltd., Tata Steel SEZ Ltd., Abja Investment Co. Pte Ltd. and Tata Steel Foundation. She is also the Chairperson of TRF Ltd. Ms Shah joined Tata Steel in 2012 after 20 years of experience in investment banking. She has a BA (Economics) from Mumbai University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
